Fenghua joined Tedia China in 2011 as General Manager. He is responsible for plant operation, make decisions, plan overall strategic planning and investment projects.

As a founder of Tedia China, he continues to provide coordination among various functions at Tedia China, especially with manufacturing, He also focus on improving and streamlining internal processes to benefit operation.

He based on the actual situation of Tedia China, continuous learning and introducing foreign advanced management system and theoretical knowledge, developing many tools and processes to improve the strategic plan flow and efficiency.

Fenghua holds an MBA from Central South University.

Tharmarajah (Miles) Mylvannan joined Tedia (USA) in 1996 as a production Manager. Since 1996, Milles has taken full responsibility for managing and purifying various chemicals for pharmaceutical, DNA and other industrial applications. He joined Tedia China operations in 2014 as a Technical consultant and taken on full responsibility for Manufacturing.

Miles came to Tedia China with over 16 years of High Purity solvent purification experience coupled with management experience. Miles has taken more responsibility for Tedia China operations, Manufacturing and Research and development.

Miles has an extensive experience in high purity manufacturing plant design, TQCM, ISO9002, SPC, HPLC, GC, UV, inventory management and purification. Miles uses his extensive analytical techniques in HPLC, GC, UV, and ECD testing to improve manage and problem solves issues that arise in manufacturing.Miles works very closely with manufacturing, planning, customer service, QC and QA to ensure products are manufactured and packed to exceed quality standards and that are delivered on time.

Miles formal education includes; BS in chemical Engineering from University of Ottawa, Canada and MS in Chemical Engineering from University of Ottawa, Canada.

Miles speaks English, Tamil and German.
